You are hereby invited to the HPC-MLA Annual Christmas Lunch to take place on Wednesday, December 14 2011 at the Stage Restaurant in the Honolulu Design Center at 11:30.

You have an option of ordering off menu or opting for the prix fixe menu (which does not include drinks).

When you RSVP, please let Diane know what menu choices you are selecting from, and please include your drink if any.

Drink prices are:
Soda $3.50 (refillable)
Iced Tea $4.00 (refillable)
Plantation Iced Tea $4.50 (refillable)
[Note: There are brewed coffee and tea prices on the lunch menu. Drinks are separate and not part of the prix fixe menu]

Group Tax rate is 18%.
